This virtual roundtable will discuss a number of incentive programs including: loyalty programs, reservation programs, and frequent parker programs. Participants who use these types of programs will be asked to share their experiences, reasons for implementation, and how they justify the programs. Contact info of all participants will be sent to all registrants for further offline networking. Mike Koester, A.A.E., parking systems manager, Port of Portland will moderate.
