This is a tutorial on the Facebook Tab Manager plugin for WordPress, which allows you to display information on a tab of a Facebook business page while using WordPress for content creation and editing. I will cover the basic setup and use of the plugin, plus some advanced features introduced in the last few months.
|
| Description: |
Facebook Tab Manager for WordPress has been downloaded more than 33,000 times since it was released in February. It allows you to create and edit content to displayed on Facebook using the WordPress editing tools. You can also display existing WordPress content within the Facebook template provided with the plugin - either whole posts, or lists of headlines linking to your site.

I will present a tutorial and answer questions.
I also want to hear from those of you who have done interesting things with Facebook Tab Manager. I'll cover some tricks, hacks, and alternate deployment techniques, including scenarios where it might make sense to use a Facebook app like HyperArts TabPress instead of or in combination with Facebook Tab Manager.

| Description: |
Background: Facebook Tab Manager is a WordPress plugin that lets you incorporate blog and website content into a Facebook page for a business or organization. You can create posts specifically for Facebook and designate content that will only be shown to people who Like your page
I had some technical glitches the first time I offered this webinar, but now that I've gotten all my mistakes out of the way (I hope) this time should go smoother. I plan to make a recording available for those who can't attend in real-time.
