AnyMeeting Name Change Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ's

Will AnyMeeting still be a free service?
Yes! AnyMeeting is advertiser supported so there is no need to charge for the service. Our commitment to being free and being the best is stronger than ever.

Why are you changing the name?
We are changing our name so we can broaden our service offering beyond webinars to include any type of meeting - from small two person collaborative web meetings, to full 200 person online events. The addition of free video broadcasting and added seating capacity are just the first of many additions and improvements AnyMeeting plans to make going forward.

What are your new features?

  • Increased meeting capacity from 150 to 200 participants.
  • Video broadcasting via webcam.
  • Upgraded the meeting recording feature – Presenters can now edit recorded meetings.
  • Improved the application sharing feature - Now it’s even easier for meeting hosts to manage live presentations.

Will I still be able to access past meetings and recordings?
Yes! Previously recorded meetings will still be available through your My Webinars page in the Past Webinars tab. The links to your recordings on the freebinar.com will continue to work and simply forward users to recording on anymeeting.com.

What about the links that were sent out for my future meetings? Will they still work?
Yes! Participants will be able to enter your meeting through the link that was provided in your meeting invitation.

How do I log into my account?
Your login and password will remain the same. Just go to the AnyMeeting log in page, enter your email address and password and you’re ready to go.

What if I forgot my password?
Simply click on the ‘Forgot your Password?’ link, enter the email address in your account and it will be sent to you.

Will I need to re-connect my Facebook or Twitter connections?
No! We’ve taken care of that for you.
