James J. Sim, Co-founder and President of Drakontas LLC: Mr. Sim has more than twenty years of experience as an entrepreneur, project manager and human factors engineering researcher. Mr. Sim oversees Drakontas’ software product development and is responsible for the user experience of the DragonForce shared situational awareness platform. Additionally, Mr. Sim developed Drakontas’ embedded design process where members of the Drakontas design team have participated in more than 100 field exercises and live deployments with law enforcement, tactical and military personnel to test and evaluate the use of DragonForce in operational environments.


As a project manager Mr. Sim has served as principal investigator for multiple DoD, DARPA and DoJ- National Institute of Justice projects investigating the information sharing needs of law enforcement and military personnel and the application of shared situational awareness tools in day-to-day and tactical operations. 



Sergeant Craig Losty, Tactical Commander for the York County Quick Response Team (QRT): Since 2006, Sergeant Craig Losty has served as the Tactical Commander for the York County Quick Response Team (QRT). When tactical situations arise in the boroughs and municipalities of York County, PA, the members of the York County QRT are called into action. Formed in November 2002, the YCQRT is made up of 35 officers from eleven area police departments and the York County Sheriff's Department, and serves over 415,000 residents in 72 municipalities. The York County QRT team answers an average of 23 calls yearly, 8-10 barricaded subjects and 10-15 high risk warrant searches.

 
Sergeant Losty has been a member of the York City Police Department since 1992. From 1984 to 1992, he served in the United States Marine Corps, where he was a Military Policeman and a Criminal Investigations Division (CID) Investigator as well as being assigned to a Special Response Team for the 3rd Marine Air Wing.


Craig Ano, Senior Technical Account Manager for Samsung Telecommunications America: Craig works with Federal Government and public sector organizations to implement secure mobile computing and device management solutions using Samsung enterprise technologies. He has over 25 years of experience in information technology with an extensive background in mobility. He is also a regular speaker at industry and government conferences around the US. Prior to joining Samsung, Craig worked in technical leadership roles in the mobile computing industry and in technical roles for Fortune 500 companies, and US Federal Government organizations.
