Coaching Employees for Optimal Performance
Kwela Leadership and Talent Management

Today, coaching is recognized as a critical leadership and management skill.

Managers who coach well positively impact areas like employee performance and skills, well-being, work attitudes, and goal-orientation.

Employees who receive effective coaching are more empowered, take on higher levels of responsibility, are more engaged, develop more rapidly, and are more motivated than those who do not.  In short – they perform optimally, and become “high performance team members”.

But coaching well can be challenging, especially given that people and the situations that exist in the workplace are complex.

In this one-hour webinar, we will share some of our best ideas and techniques from our Coaching for Performance workshop to help you coach your people more effectively, so that they and your organization perform better today and in the future.
