About the Presenter

This webinar will be hosted by Russel Horwitz, one of Kwela’s two founders. His expertise includes leadership development, team development, executive coaching, and training on a wide variety of topics. He has worked extensively as a leadership consultant / trainer since 2004 across a wide variety of sectors, including government, publicly-held, private and non-profit. Prior to this Russel worked as an engineer in the high-tech sector for 14 years.
