This webinar will present leasing options and resources drawn from the Farmland Legal Access Toolkit (FALT) produced by the Center for Agriculture and Food Systems (CAFS) at Vermont Law School. It will focus on what leases are, different types of leases, and specifically, delve into creative leases and the types of creative leasing arrangements that livestock farmers can explore. It will also cover resources and tips for livestock farmers working with lawyers around leases.
