AnyMeeting's ("AnyMeeting" or "we") Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect and use information regarding your use of AnyMeeting services, associated software and the website www.anymeeting.com (“Services”).

By using the Services, you are acknowledging and accepting this Privacy Policy. We may from time-to-time revise this Privacy Policy, and the date of last revision will be available at the bottom of this page, so please be sure to check back periodically. Your continued use of the Services after changes have been posted to the Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

What information do we collect?
We collect information about you when you visit our website, register with and/or use the Services, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.

When registering with AnyMeeting you may be asked to enter basic account information such as your name and e-mail address, payment information (if you are using the paid service), how you heard about us and what time zone you live in. We may occasionally ask you for additional optional information to help us serve you better. Like other web conferencing services, our systems also record basic information about your meetings, such as the email addresses and number of participants and the length of attendance.

In addition, we may collect information from your computer using cookies and/or other automated means (as described in more detail below), and Google and other third parties use cookies and other technologies to gather data and, in the case of our ad-supported service, serve ads based on users’ online behavior. For example, Google's use of its cookies enables it to serve ads to users based on their visit to our sites and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of some cookies by visiting these third party’s privacy policies and websites and through www.aboutads.info.

If you chose to have a meeting recorded, we may use such recordings for purposes of quality assurance and improvement.

What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
