What does each user get?
Each account in your Company Pro plan is provisioned with our Pro 25 feature set, which includes phone conferencing, VoIP & video conferencing, screen sharing, document sharing, meeting recording, recording hosting in the cloud, content library, support for up to 25 meeting attendees, and much more. What do administrators get?
Administrators have the ability to add and remove users, view user activity reports, and manage consolidated billing, all in one place. They also get a Pro 25 account for their own use.
Can we also purchase Pro 200 plans for some users?
Glad you asked -- Yes, administrators can purchase individual Pro 200 upgrades at any time.
Can I add more users to the plan, if needed?
Sure. Once you've exceeded the included number of accounts, you can upgrade to a larger Company Pro plan or just add individual users. The price for additional individual users is:
- AnyMeeting Pro 25 - $180 / year
- AnyMeeting Pro 200 - $780 / year
It's important to note that we prorate the added users to the end of your subscription, such that if you add a new Pro 25 account after 6 months, you pay only an additional $90 for the remainder of your Company Pro subscription. The full annual subscription price is then charged when your subscription renews.
Can I upgrade in the middle of my subscription period?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. When you do, you’ll receive a credit for the remainder of your original subscription, which will be applied toward your upgraded plan.
What if we don't quite need all of the accounts included with our Company Pro plan?
You can always purchase a smaller Company Pro plan and then add individual users on top of that. For example, you could purchase a 10-employee Company Pro plan and then add two additional Pro 25 users. The add-on users would be billed at the regular price of $180/year.

Do you offer monthly Company Pro plans?
No, at this time all Company Pro plans are billed annually.
