How do I know if I need a Webinar plan or a Meeting plan?

Webinars are online meetings where you present to a large audience and need to be able to interact effectively with a large group. Our Webinar Pro platform provides the features you need to present to large groups of people, collect information about them and effectively deliver your message broadly.

Meetings usually are smaller groups collaborating, sales presentations, or colleagues working together on a project. Our Meeting Pro platform makes it extremely easy to jump into a meeting quickly, work together and get things done.


Do you offer annual plans? Is there a discount?

Absolutely. All of our subscriptions can be purchased annually, and we provide 2 months free when doing so. For example, our annual Webinar Pro 100 cost is $780. Just take the monthly price and multiply it by 10.


Do you offer discounts for non-profits or educational institutions?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for these types of organizations. Please contact sales to learn more.


What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card payments with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.


Can I upgrade from a Meeting Pro annual subscription to a Webinar Pro annual subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade from a Meeting Pro Annual plan to a Webinar Pro Annual plan at any time. You will be credited for the remainder of your Meeting Pro plan and charged for a Webinar Pro plan.
