About the film:
The Bad Kids follows Principal Vonda Viland and her staff over a year as they coach at-risk teens to realize their full potential. Located in an isolated and impoverished community in the Mojave Desert, Black Rock Continuation High School is one of California’s alternative schools for students at risk of dropping out of high school, many of whom are living with the effects of trauma.
