2018 is a Farm Bill year. This means that Congress will pass legislation that sets federal farm policy for the next four to five years. The 2018 Farm Bill is an opportunity to reform national food and agriculture policy and to achieve a more sustainable food and farm future.

Our presenter is Alyssa Charney, Policy Specialist with the National Sustainable Agriculture Coalition (NSAC). Alyssa will discuss key issues being considered as part of the 2018 Farm Bill that impact livestock and poultry producers. Join us to learn about the ins and outs of federal farm policy - and how you can advocate for legislation that benefits sustainable farmers.
