This webinar is a place where everyone should feel welcome, safe and comfortable to share ideas and engage in open discussion without threat of intimidation or public humiliation. Please be respectful towards other delegates, speakers, sponsors, organisers and staff.
We are committed to providing a harassment-free and inclusive experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, political affiliation or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of participants, speakers, or staff in any form.
Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for this webinar. Participants who violate these rules may be expelled from the webinar at the discretion of the organisers. Harassment includes but is not limited to: offensive verbal comments, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks, and unwelcome sexual attention. Participants asked to stop any harassing behaviour are expected to comply immediately. These policies apply to all participants in every role.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact us immediately. During the webinar, you can contact Jo Lankester directly with any concerns via email at jo@whiteoctoberevents.co.uk or by phone on +44 (0)7930 433 273.
We have lovely delegates, speakers and staff and trust that this code of conduct mirrors the views of the majority of our participants.
